KidsRuby is a programming tool for everyone, thanks to which, even the youngest people can start writing their own code from a young age.
Ruby is a reflexive, flexible programming language, oriented toward objects and created in 1993 by Japanese programmer Yukihiro "Matz" Matsumoto. The creator took parts from his favorite programming languages (Perl, Smalltalk, Eiffel, Ada and Lisp) to create this new language that, currently, is one of the languages with the brightest future.
The program interface, which is pretty simple, is divided into two screens: on the left screen you can write your code, and on the screen on the right it will explain to you step by step what you should do... or you will see the results of your code. Once you have written the code, to see it in action, all you have to do is click on "run" to see if you have done it correctly or not.
KidsRuby is a very simple programming tool, that although it doesn't have as many options as other similar programs, it is perfect for starting out or letting kids learn.
